Extra 1 credit per additional 5MB if file exceeds 5MB
Multi-page Documents

Note: For files that exceed both 5MB and 5 pages, the higher credit requirement applies. For example, a 12MB, 8-page document would use 3 credits (1 base + 2 for size).

What's the launch special pricing?
To celebrate our launch, all credits are available at just $0.03 each (57% off!) until Mar 31, 2026. This special pricing applies to all credit purchases during the launch period. After that, standard pricing of $0.07 per credit (100-999 credits) and $0.04 per credit (1,000+ credits) will apply.
What counts as one credit?
One credit equals one document extraction for files up to 5MB and 5 pages. Larger files use additional credits: +1 credit per 5MB or 5 pages (whichever requires more credits).
Do credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, whether that's today, next month, or next year.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, since they never expire, you can use them at any time in the future.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, the minimum purchase is 100 credits. Credits must be purchased in multiples of 100.
How does the volume discount work?
After the launch period ends (March 31, 2026), when you purchase 1,000 or more credits in a single transaction, you automatically get a 43% discount (credits drop from $0.07 to $0.04 each). The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
